LOVE TO DREAM TERMS & CONDITIONS OF IMAGE AND VIDEO RIGHTS

1. By using the Love To Dream brand hashtags: #lovetodreamsa, #lovetodream and others that belong to Guri SA (Pty) Ltd t/a Candid Baby (“Us” or “We”) you are agreeing to Us re-using your content (“the Content”) on the basis that we set out below. Permission to use Content

2. When you reply: #lovetodreamsa or yes to our request to use your Content you are confirming that you are the owner on the Content and that it is original and that you haven’t copied it from any other source.

3. You are granting Us a non-exclusive right to:

  1. store copies of the Content for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of our reasonable re-use of it
  2. share the Content within the Candid Baby company acting as joint controllers
  3. display your Content on our websites; and
  4. display the Content on any social media.

4. We will ensure that our use of your Content complies with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time. Withdrawing Consent

5. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time by writing to Us at: Candid Baby Unit 1 Rodium Industrial park, Fabriek Str, Strijdom Park, Randburg, Johannesburg. Of course, this won’t affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by Us before you withdraw your consent.
